Nicole M.
Owner
I began my dog walking/pet care journey in 2015, helping my community and a growing passion for animals - so I never looked back. Growing up with a variety of animals, my love for pets runs deep (shoutout to my cat Bella, my loyal sidekick since 2006). I am certified in Pet First Aid and am currently working toward my CCDPT certification to further enhance my skills. I had been a volunteer at a few rescues in and around Calgary, where I’m constantly inspired by the amazing animals I meet. My commitment to hard work drives me to always exceed expectations in caring for your pets. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Canadian Rockies, always seeking new adventures and experiences.

I started walking dogs back in 2015 with my sister as a way to help out our community and become more connected. I’ve always loved all kinds of animals as I grew up with them around the house. Cats and dogs truly are my best friends and I love helping out with those especially in the downtown area where they often bottle up all their energy in small apartments with no yards. No matter the animal I immediately fall in love with them and treat them as if they were my own. I especially have a soft spot for orange tabby cats and big, bear looking like dogs! I am very hard working and dedicated animal handler that will make sure your furry furiends have a great time while they are in my care!

My love for animals started when I was just a toddler growing up on a big farm—there was always a furry friend by my side. By the time I was 12, I was already training Border Collies for cattle herders, and I’ve been working with dogs of all breeds ever since. I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Whether I’m walking, pet sitting, or just spending time with your pets, I’ll treat them like part of my own family.

Caring for animals has always come naturally to me. It’s something I’ve loved and felt passionate about for as long as I can remember. My dream of having a puppy came true with my toy poodle, Ellie, who taught me the true meaning of companionship and care. I bring that same warmth and understanding to every pet I meet, treating them as if they were my own. Whether they’re full of energy or a little shy at first, I’m patient, active, and always ready to make them feel safe and comfortable. I notice the small details that make every pet unique and do my best to make sure they’re as happy with me as they are at home

Animals have always been a grounding presence in my life, and over the years I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the trust involved in caring for someone else’s pet. I became a pet sitter because I saw how important consistency, attentiveness, and emotional awareness are in animal care. For me, pet sitting isn’t just supervision — it’s about creating a calm, structured, and reassuring environment so pets feel safe even when their owners are away. Since 2017, I have experience caring for pets of various sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including babies and seniors. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering basic medications when needed, and maintaining routines that support each pet’s individual needs. I pride myself on being organized, communicative, and proactive — especially when it comes to safety and transparency. Clients can expect reliability, clear updates, and a sitter who genuinely treats their pets with patience and respect. My goal is always to ensure both pets and owners feel at ease, knowing their furry family members are in capable and attentive hands.

My personal pet history and experience includes hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, and horses. I am comfortable with most shapes, sizes, and types of animals, so the differences between cat/dog sizes/breeds are almost inconsequential to me. I enjoy being active and outside whilst observing and interacting with wild animals and wildlife in general (respectfully and safely of course). I can empathise for pet owners to be cautious to allow someone else to care for their furiend(s). For about 3 years now, I have been fortunate to be trusted (walks, drop-ins, and sitting) with a few of my neighbours, and friend's pets (cats and dogs). I look forward to having safe, caring, and fun times with your furiend(s).

A lover of all creatures. I’ve spent my entire life in the company of animals and I cannot imagine a life without them. I believe every animal deserves to be loved and honoured exactly for who they are. I also believe they are our greatest teachers. I take immense pride in the way I care for animals and spaces. I currently am a mother of two beautiful cats, Nemo & Jane. I have volunteered at numerous local rescues caring for both domestic, farm and wild animals, all of which have deepened my love and appreciation for all species. I am a Registered Nurse currently studying and expanding into the world of CranioSacral Therapy. Other things I love include: exploring the natural world, moving my body, good food, adventuring and finding the humour in things.

Pack Leader/Reptile Handler - NE Calgary
I’ve always had a deep love for animals of all kinds. Whether it’s the playful energy of a dog or the fascinating world of reptiles, I find joy in caring for and connecting with animals. I’ve had the privilege of working with both fur babies and cold-blooded creatures, teaching kids how to handle and care for reptiles through shows and exhibits. Every animal I work with gets treated like family with love, respect, and attention. I genuinely enjoy play sessions, walks, and making sure each pet feels special. It would be an absolute pleasure to care for your dog, and I’m excited about the chance to provide the best care for your furry friend.
